An East Texas native, Kilton has a lifetime of experience in Tyler and the surrounding towns. He and his wife, Kendra, reside in the heart of Tyler with their two children KJ and Karissa.
Kilton is engrained in his community serving as the pastor for his church, a mentor for Mentoring Alliance, and a graduate of Leadership Tyler class number 34. His passion for serving people is evident in both his personal and professional life.
